Twilight.

Posted Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at 2:57 PM

Okay, I'll admit it. I'm a Twilight fanatic. I was a Twilight fanatic before the movies, and now that the movies are being made, I am even more of one! I've read all four books twice now. I waited in line for hours for good seats to the midnight showing of Twilight. I've already got my midnight showing tickets for New Moon, along with my "Team Edward" shirt ready to wear. I can't get enough of it.

A few summers ago, my family and I were about to travel to North Carolina. We were at a store, and my mom told me to pick out a book to read for the trip there. This was the first time I ever laid eyes on "Twilight". I was already drawn in by its mysterious cover. I read the back of the book, and decided it was the book to get.

I read the whole way there, not putting it down once. I honestly couldn't put it down. I read the whole vacation, and it was a vacation well spent.

Shortly after I finished "Twilight", I convinced my mom to buy the next two books in the series, "New Moon" and "Eclipse". I've never read so quickly in my life. After Eclipse I had to wait for the last book of the series, "Breaking Dawn" to come out. I was overwhelmed with anticipation at that point.

I was extremely happy with the ending of the series, but at the same time devastated that it was over. It was just a fantastic story, and I never wanted it to end. I even got my mom to read them. I guess she wanted to see for herself what was taking over my life at the time.

A vampire love story may seem ridiculous to some, but just give it a chance and you will probably fall in love. Just saying.

Kaitlynn,

After mentioning your preparedness for the showing of "New Moon", you never returned with any comments on the movie. What did you think? I very much liked it, but would like to see a twist written into "Eclipse". My favorite character is Alice. I'd like to see Jasper go over to team Victoria where he can satisfy his taste for human blood before being killed. I'd then like to see some new cute human guy somehow save Alice from death at the hands of Victoria and nurse her back to health. I realize the story is all about Bella and Edward, but a sweet side romance wouldn't be that bad, would it?

I like the twilight saga two. I can't wait to watch the third movie (eclipse). And I'm going to write a custom essay for that.
