Bundle of joy = Bundle of cash
Like I stated before, I welcomed my second child this week so I've spent a lot of time at the hospital with my wife and the little one. Since my wife is unable to leave the hospital, my wife, C and myself visited the cafeteria so we could dine together. I'm mean come on, how much could a hamburger cost? Evidently A LOT.
To feed the three of us it was almost twenty bucks! BAM! And it cost a good amount to park in the parking garage -- so here's my plan. I'm figuring out a way to "borrow" enough stuff to compensate me for the dinners and parking. As of now I have 300 pairs of scrubs, 127 bottles of hand sanitizer, 808 plastic sporks and one ultrasound machine. I think I've done well for myself.
Our nurses and doctors have been wonderful as usual. We get the question of why do we have our children in Indianapolis and that is the reason. Actually the main reason is Dr. Jeffrey Rothenberg. He's been our doctor each time we've had a child and he happens to be one of the coolest individuals I'm had the pleasure of meeting. He's a worldly person but completely down to earth. He also happens to like some films and TV shows I like so that elevates him in my book. Beware of the Reavers! I would recommend him to anyone. If you read this Doc, thanks for everything.
Now I'm headed back to Indy for what I hope to be the final time before J is sent home. Wish me luck.
