  • It definitely is no fun to be diagnosed with high blood pressure....this is from someone 'who has been there, done that'.....just a little tip to fight the 'demon'....you can bring your BP down with RELAXING..starting at the top of your head slowly relax..let every muscle of your body RELAX ..to the tip of your toes. breath in through your nose and out through your mouth SLOWLY....do this for about 5 minutes...it can be done anywhere, in bed, driving, at the theater, etc. Done correctly this can lower your BP ...I have brought mine down from 180/110 to 120/72.

    this relaxing is especially helpful when taking your BP...be sure to follow directions with your BP equipment, ...cuff should be heart level.
