  • Actually obeying all traffic laws such as speed, yielding the right of way and actually coming to a complete stop at stop signs. Oh, and stopping when the light is going red instead of flooring it and flying on through the intersection on red.

    Really ticks impatient and inconsiderate people off that are behind you.

    10 Watching my cat misjudge her (so called) area of expertise and fall off various items of furniture.

    9 Driving the wrong way down a one way street.

    8 Reading...everything. Can't help it.

    7 Still reading.

    6 Rearranging furniture. Maybe this is why the cat gets confused?

    5 Telling the kids I have no money/time/petrol to take them somewhere. Then giggling to myself.

    4 Sitting by the log fire in my (not very) local pub.

    3 Cooking. OMG, and I'm not a man!!

    2 Pen-pals. Which is how I got to read this newspaper. Thanks, Lee!!

  • At my local supermarket a cashier was taken to the managers office to be told she was going to be fired from her job. She had worked there for fifteenyears and had no idea why. So she asked. The manager told her there had been a complaint from a muslim customer, who said the cashier had called him a curry-head.

    The cashier kept her job, when she started laughing and pointed out that her favorite name for all her customers was "Cariad". (Which is Welsh for dear, love, etc...)
