See you in 2012!Posted Friday, December 30, 2011, at 10:48 PM
First of all, I would like to wish everyone a happy new year! Don't know about you guys but there's something around a new year and a fresh start that gets me thinking what I can change in my life.
I got to be honest though, I start out with good intentions and then something happens along the way and I give up. At least the intention was there, so that's a good thing, right? As I'm about to ring in the new year with all my college friends up in Indianapolis, I've decided that I will stick to my resolution this year which will be ... save up enough money to go back to London. I've attempted to do this ever since I got back from studying abroad two years ago. Yet, I fail every single time due to the fact there are times where I need extra cash. So, my goal is by the year 2013 I will hopefully be on my way to London. I think a year is a realistic amount of time to save up plenty of money. Do you make any New Year's resolutions? What would you do differently in 2012? Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

Isn't it amazing how January 1st is filled with such hope...such possibilities. What if we could capture that feeling for the other 364 days of the year? What if every morning we woke with a smile and said:
Just for Today I Will ___________________.
And then the next day we woke...filled with that same sense of possibility and enthusiasm and did it again.
Always with the spirit of "Anything is Possible".
Focusing on life...this very moment...it is all we are guaranteed.
Wishing Everyone Peace and Light for 2012
