Bainbridge Green Team celebrates Arbor Day

Fourth and fifth grade students who are part of the Bainbridge Elementary Green Team planted their annual Arbor Day tree at East Point Park in Bainbridge on Thursday. Kristie Hankins, who teaches second grade and coordinates the group, said this was only part of what the Green Team does. "They're my ambassadors to the school," Hankins said. "They make sure we recycle and do all the other good things." There are about 35 members of the Green Team.
