Mary Louise Phillips Raines, 71, Elkins, W. Va., died Sunday in the Davis Memorial Hospital, West Virginia. Born at Gage, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Russell and Reta Margaret (Broschart) Phillips. A graduate of Coalton High School in West Virginia, she was an office employee of the Kelly Foundry prior to retirement. She was a member of the Phillips Chapel Church and served as treasurer of the church. She owned and operated Hilltop Handicrafts and Mary's Enterprises as well...
