Free fall festival planned Sunday (10/24/08)
Community spirit will be running thick in the streets at North Putnam High School this Sunday when everyone gathers for the second annual "Celebration Alley." Wallace L. "Wally" Birge, 59, of Greencastle died on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008. He was born on Nov. 21, 1948 in Crawfordsville to Mervin and Mary C. Walker Birge. Wouldn't it be something to hear during a debate if the candidates had to not mention the other party and just tell what and how they were going to make my and your country better? When all along we should know they can't do anything but put heat on the congress and if they don't like it they simply veto?...
