Arthur C. Cash, 87, Cloverdale, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at the Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle. He was born on Dec. 28, 1922 in Coatesville and was the son of the late Clayton and Stella Grace Lisby Cash. He married Lorene Imogene Phillips on Oct. 14, 1944 and she survives. Inmates unite to celebrate Black History
