They may be schoolmates, and even future teammates at GMS and GHS, but on Friday night, Tzouanakis Intermediate students Damon Moody, left, and Jake Wade were fierce competitors on the wrestling mat. The event was the culmination of a three-week wrestling camp for TZ students. More than 70 campers were divided into four teams for their main event at McAnally Center. The camp was overseen by GHS varsity assistant coach Logan Kuhne, with help from high school wrestlers. "High school kids come over and coach the teams. I couldn't have done it without them. It's good for them because they learn how to explain the technique," Kuhne said.
