The teachers, staff, and students of Tzouanakis Intermediate surprised Mr. Dan TeGrotenhuis on Friday with an early birthday present. Everyone dressed in attire from the 1960s and gifted him with packages of "60." Music from the decade and photos were enjoyed during lunch. His cart quickly became filled with clipboards, treats, cards, math facts, paper clips, bus incident reports and even 60 pounds of dirt.
