Children's author at PCPL (12/12/10)
Troy Cummings was at the Putnam County Public Library to read from two books he worked on, "More Bears" and "The Eensy Weensy Spider Freaks Out (Big Time)." After the reading, he signed books. Barkitecture contest for all Dogitects (12/12/10)
There are many charitable activities that take place this time of year. Not many in Putnam County involve designer doghouse competitions. That's the idea behind the 2011 Barkitechture and Catstruction event being put on by York Chevrolet-Buick-GMC. For the competition, people may design and build a doghouse or cat condo to be entered into the competition. The event will help the Humane Society of Putnam County (HSPC)...

CLOVERDALE -- The popular misconception is junior varsity is the inferior step-sister to its varsity counterparts. The action isn't as good, there's not any scoring and because of that, the games are normally overlooked.
