Spencer woman arrested with guns in car after refusing to stop for trooper in Cloverdale

CLOVERDALE -- Indiana State Police Trooper David Cox Jr. was patrolling northbound through the town of Cloverdale on U.S. 231 late Tuesday, when he noticed a southbound vehicle commit a traffic violation. Just before 11:30 p.m. as Trooper Cox turned around to stop the vehicle, a black 2000 Mercury Mountaineer was southbound between the violator and the trooper. ...
