Man arrested on 5 felonies in Friday incident

FILLMORE — A 33-year-old man is lodged at the Putnam County Jail after a Friday domestic incident turned into his arrest on seven counts, five of them felonies. Robert Barger of Fillmore was booked in the jail early Saturday morning on charges of Level 3 felony kidnapping, Level 3 Felony criminal confinement, Level 5 felony intimidation, Level 5 felony domestic battery and Level 6 felony criminal recklessness, as well as charges of driving while intoxcated with a prior conviction and probation violation.. ...
