John Davis Cook, 52, passed away on Feb. 25, 2020 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. John was born in Indianapolis on Sept. 3, 1967, the son of Jack Donelson and Shirley (Kennedy) Cook. He was a graduate of Plainfield High School. Mr. Cook loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family...
