The draw for the Vigo County School Corporation Wabash Valley Classic boys' basketball tournament was held Tuesday with Greencastle and Cloverdale placed on opposite sides of the bracket. A recent COVID quarantine in the Putnam County Courthouse delayed the Putnam County Council meeting by one week, but did little to add to the agenda.
