Norma Jean Robling, 70, Ladoga, died Tuesday at Lane House, Crawfordsville.

Born in Camby, she was the daughter of Emery and Alda (Stout) Cooper.

She was a homemaker and worked at home in woodworking crafts.

She married William Robling, Roachdale, on Aug. 16, 1975. He survives.

Also surviving are daughters Terry Davis and husband Dr. Thomas Davis, Danville, Cindy McCloud, Ladoga, and Debbie Kelly, Ladoga; sons Robbie Nickels and wife Sheila, Indianapolis, and Mike Nickels and wife June, Advance; stepdaughters Paula Taylor and husband John, Warsaw, and Teresa Ann Kisner, Jamestown; stepson William Larry Robling Jr., Indianapolis; sisters Velma Voyer, Indianapolis, and Elizabeth Fagan, New Palestine; brothers Chester Cooper, Mooresville, and Marvin Cooper, Washington state; 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Elvin Cooper and Willard Cooper.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, Ladoga, with Dr. Thomas Davis officiating. Cremation will follow.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Thursday (today) at the funeral home.
