Infant Jake Allen Collier, Gosport, died Saturday at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

He was the son of Ray Allen Collier Jr. and Beth (Guyer) Collier.

Survivors include his parents; sisters Katelyn Collier and Emily Collier, Gosport; paternal grandparents Ray A. and Edythe Collier, Fillmore; maternal grandparents Juan and Beverly Guyer, Gosport; paternal great-grandparents Frank and Verna Dickerson, Stilesville; maternal great-grandmother Lillian Hollingsworth, Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents Willis Robert and Betty Collier; maternal great-grandparents Omer and Evelyn Guyer; maternal great-grandfather Floyd Charles Hollingsworth.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Bro. Gary Fiscus officiating.

Burial will be in Stilesville Cemetery.

Visitation is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday also at Whitaker Funeral Home.
