Ret. SMSgt. Paul C. Heustis, 55, Bayou George, Fla., died Thursday at his residence.

Born in Greencastle. He was the son of James C. and Mary C. (Seymour) Huestis Sr.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Air Force Association.

Surviving are his wife, Janet Huestis; daughter Natalie Huestis and husband Jason; his mother, Mary C. Huestis; five brothers, Mike, Don, Chris, Kevin and Phil Huestis; sister Cecelia (Huestis) Beshai; a grandson, five nephews and four nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, brother James C. Huestis Jr., and sister Mary Catherine Huestis.

Services wil be at 2 p.m. Tuesdy at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle.

Burial with military honors in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is noon until service time.
