Betty Lou (Cox) White, 81, Indianapolis, died Monday.

Born in Cloverdale, she was the daughter of Jesse L. and Mary Cecile (Williams) Cox.

She married Robert L. White, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a son, Butch White; sister Mary Ellen Cummings; and brother Herman R. Cox.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Marjorie Mae Cox, and brothers Harold L. and Howard E. Cox.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Usher Funeral Home, Indianapolis. Private burial is planned.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
