Marilyn Ann Goss Diel, 64, Reelsville, died Sunday at St. Vincent Clay Hospital, Brazil.
Born in Marion County, she was the daughter of Willard Wesley and Gwendolyn Kathryn (James) Rigdon.
A graduate of Eminence High School, she had been a waitress in Greencastle at the Fairway Restaur-ant and the Monon Restaur-ant. She retired in 2001 due to health problems.
Surviving are her companion, Charles Diel, Reelsville; daughter, Tracey Mason, Greencastle; stepdaughters Carla Diel, Crystal Plessinger and husband Carl, and Callie Teal and husband Thomas, all of Greencastle; sisters Barb Childress and husband Jim, Dixie Carter and husband Audley, and Nancy Grider; brothers Bob Rigdon and wife Joan, John Rigdon and wife Renatta, Mickey Rigdon, Ray Rigdon and Clyde Rigdon and wife Sandy; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Ronald Dean Goss, daughter Teresa Sage, and sisters Jo Spitz, Glenna Litzelman and Reba Rigdon.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Croy's Creek Cemetery with Pastor Paul Zurcher officiating.
French Funeral Home, Brazil, is handling arrangements.
