Charles D. Collett, 49, Cloverdale, died Thursday at Putnam County Hospital.

Born in Beverly, Ky., he was the son of Ewell and Martha (Collett) Luppino.

He married Lisa A. (York) Collett. She survives.

He was a forklift operator at Hebrew National Foods, Indianapolis.

Survivors include his wife, mother, both of Cloverdale; a son, Joseph Collett, Cloverdale; two sisters, Patricia Whitley, Scottsdale, Ky., and Nina Howard, Kentucky; three brothers, Danny Collett, Cloverdale, James Collett, Cloverdale, and Benny Collett, Rockville.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Graveside services will take place at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Cloverdale Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Williams officiating.

Visitation is from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
