Jessie Louise Stisher, 91, Roachdale, died Tuesday at Lane House, Crawfordsville.

Born in Roachdale, she was the daughter of Walter and Clyde Bridges Eads.

A 1932 graduate of Roachdale High School, she married Roy Robert Hanks, who preceded her in death. She later married George Stisher on Sept. 11, 1968, at Bainbridge. He also preceded her in death.

Survivors include three daughters Mary Lynn Emory and husband Richard, Ft. Apache, Ariz., Emily Swords and husband Rick, Darlington, and Linda Baird and husband Larry, Greencastle; two sons John Hanks, Greencastle, and James Hanks and wife Debbie, Darlington; two step-sons George Stisher and wife Evelyn, Zionsville, and Mickey Stisher and wife Terri, LaPorte; one step-daughter Janice Hash and husband Ray, Bargersville; 22 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Roachdale Christian Church, 1 N. Walnut St., Roachdale, with Rev. Glen McFarland officiating. Burial will be at Brick Chapel.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the church.

Memorials may be given to Roachdale Christian Church.
