Ella Sue Tackett, 65, Cloverdale, died Saturday at her residence.

Born in Pike County, Ky., she was the daughter of Malvery and Martha (Renfro) Blair.

She married Rance Tackett on Aug. 15, 1959.

She was a homemaker and also worked in the factory at RCA for 10 years.

She was a member of the Faith Baptist church and of the Help Each Other Cope (HEOC), a multiple sclerosis group.

Survivors include her husband; sons Kenneth Tackett and wife Karen, and James Phil Tackett and wife Tammy; daughter Sheila Brinkman and husband David; sisters Nancy Lou Branham, and Opal W. Waltz; 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters.

Services will take place at noon Wednesday at the Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
