John Clodfelter, 55, Indianapolis, died Sunday at his residence.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Hebron Cemetery, Russellville.

Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Leppert Mortuary, Smith Carmel Chapel, Indianapolis.

Leppert Mortuary is handling arrangements.
