Floyd Allen Zook, Jr., 25, Poland, died Saturday in an auto accident.

Born in Indianapolis, he was the son of Floyd Allen Zook, Sr. and Vicky L. (Blankenship) Hamilton. He worked as a painter.

Surviving are his mother, Vicky L. Hamilton and husband Mike, Poland; father, Floyd Allen Zook Sr., Indianapolis; brothers Joshua Blankenship and James Blankenship, both of Poland; step-sisters, Chris-tina Zook, Indianapolis, Tasha Zook, Indianapolis, and Ashley Hamilton, Poland; a step-brother, Chuck Jones, Indianapolis; and fiancˇ, Tove J. Green, Poland.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. until services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
