Marjorie H. Ames Wallace, 89, Brazil, died Thursday at Holly Hills Health Care Center.

Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of Ray and Lou (Crafton) Ames.

A homemaker, she was a member of Rebekah Lodge of Brazil, First Christian Church, and volunteered at the Clay County Hospital.

She married Clifford Wallace, who died Nov. 28, 1973.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lawson-Miller Chapel, Brazil, with burial in Summit Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation is 11 a.m. until services Tuesday.
