Greencastle High School's Academic Superbowl teams continued a winning tradition during weekend competition.

After qualifying for the state competition at the Area Superbowl in April, the Social Studies, English and Interdisciplinary teams competed May 6 at Purdue University with teams from all over the state in Class 3.

The Social Studies team, coached by Lori Hile, finished sixth. The English team, coached by Nicole Kempf, finished fourth. The Interdisciplinary team, made up of students from all teams and coached by Karen Swalley, brought a state championship back to Greencastle High School.
