Fagin to run for recorder

Carol Fagin recently announced her intentions to run on the Democratic ticket for Putnam County Recorder.

A courthouse veteran, Carol Fagin will bring 12 years of service in the Clerk's office to the position of Putnam County Recorder.

"The position is all about attention to detail," says Fagin. "I have the exprience to effectively manage important county data and to oversee an office dedicated to efficient and professional service."

Fagin has lived in Putnam County for 34 years, has been married 35 years, and has two children and three grandchildren.

She is a 23-year member of the American Legion Auxillary and is currently employed by the South Putnam School Corporation.

Fagin says she believes service to the community is important, and she would like to serve the county again.

"I would be honored to be your county recorder," she said.
