SEWANEE, Tenn. -- The DePauw University volleyball team wrapped up its 2005 season with a 3-0 (20-17, 30-28, 30-19) loss to Trinity on Sunday in its final match at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Cross-Divisional.

Ali Pinkston led the Tigers with nine kills and Liz Pollom added six. Sherise Denny also had 13 assists while Jenni Zeser had 17 digs. Megan Weinheimer also had 10 digs while Pollom had four blocks. Kim Hamer and Lizzy Ackermann both had three blocks.

On Saturday, the Tigers split a pair of SCAC matches.

The Tigers knocked off Hendrix, 3-1 (30-10, 30-17, 31-33, 30-28) but lost to Southwestern, 3-1 (30-26, 30-21, 29-31, 30-19).

Depauw finished the season with a 25-11 overall record, including 12-6 in the SCAC.
