Otto LeRoy Kiger, Prairieton, 65, died Tuesday morning at his residence.
Born in Hattiesburg, Miss., he was the son of Otto Thomas and Isabelle (Trozel) Kiger.
He was a longtime member of Sheet Metal Workers Union 20, having worked at the former Braden Manufacturing in Terre Haute. He was a member of Laborers Local 204, retiring as a mechanic for the Terre Haute Street Department.
He married Jardine Clark on Dec. 7, 1962. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Pamela R. Foltz and husband Brent, Bainbridge, and Vicki Richey; brother Robert Kiger, sister Kathryn Minger; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, Terre Haute, with burial in New Harmony Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday.
