Helen C. Pfister

Helen C. Pfister, 76, Plainfield, died Saturday evening.

Born in Huntington County, she was the daughter of William E. and Irene (Hamilton) Pearson.

A 1948 graduate of Wabash High School, she attended junior college in Mississippi and the John Herron School of Art for two years. She had worked at Dean Pump Co. from 1951-83 in purchasing. She was a member of the Lady Bug Golf League.

She married Albert "Gene" Pfister on April 18, 1951. He died Sept. 14, 1988.

Surviving are two sisters, Patricia Pearson, Plainfield, and Francs Blair, Medway, Ohio; and seven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynda Pfister.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville, with burial in Coatesville Cemetery.

Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday.
