Gladys Jean Dudley, 64, Mooresville, died Tuesday at her residence.
Born in Marion County, she was the daughter of the late Eddie Arthur Dale and Lena Belle (Patterson) Truex. She married David R. Dudley on Aug. 31, 1972, and he survives.
She worked for Allison Division of General Motors as a print crib technician from 1988-2002. Previously she worked for Manpower.
She attended Life Line Baptist Church, Camby.
Additional survivors include a son, Williams Keith Owens and wife Sarah, Plainfield; three daughters, Jody K. Whitman and husband Steve, Greencastle, Martha A. Owens, Terre Haute, and Robbi A. Bakemeier, Camby; a step-son, Lloyd K. Dudley; two step-daughters, Diane S. Dudley and Brenda Kay Dudley, both of Oklahoma; a brother, Eddie Dallas Truex and wife Janice, Freedom; a sister, Ethel "Chick" Griffith and husband Larry, Pennsylvania; 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by siblings Charles Arthur Truex, Robert William Truex, Phyllis Ann Hutchinson and Ruth Marie Nelson.
Funeral services were today at Carlisle and Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, with burial at White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
