Hazel Marie Hulvey Cooksey, 94, Crawfordsville, formerly of Waveland, died at Lane House Monday.

Born near Darlington, she was the daughter of Floren and Laura Belle (Kirk) Hulvey.

A homemaker, she was a member of the old Bowers Evangelical United Brethern Church.

She married Arthur Cooksey on Jan. 27, 1935 at Linden. He died Jan. 7, 1996.

Surviving are a foster son, Wallace Alan Franklin, Lancaster, Mass.; five foster grandchildren, and two cousins.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Machledt and Servies Funeral Home, Waveland, with Rev. Dale Baldwin officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Darlington.

Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
