Jerry Paulette Alexander

Jerry Paulette Alexander, 58, Roachdale, died Saturday at her residence.

Born in Danville, she was the daughter of Verlie and Wilma (Graver) Morphew.

She was retired from North Putnam Schools as head cook in the cafeteria.

She was a member of Roachdale Baptist Church and the Crawfordsville American Legion Auxiliary.

She married Thomas Alexander on march 5, 1967. He survives.

Other survivors include sons Jerry Alexander and wife Jess and Chris Alexander and wife Danielle, both of Roachdale; daughter Cindy Alexander, Crawfordsville; brother Larry Morphew and wife Rhonda, Roachdale; half-sister Mildred Moore and husband Melvin, Ohio, and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, one granddaughter, and one niece.

Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Roachdale Baptist Church with Rev. Troy Collett officiating. Burial will be at Roachdale Cemetery.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale.
