Bertha Lee Ellis, 92, Ladoga, died Saturday at Major Hospital, Shelbyville.
Born in Tate, Tenn., she was the daughter of Charles and Gertrude (Miller) Parker.
A homemaker, she attended a Baptist church.
She married James Ellis. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughter Joyce Clark, Fairland, Ind.; son James Carter and wife Cynthia, Ladoga; sisters Marie Parker, Ladoga, and Lena Loper, Seymour; brother Max Parker and wife Shirley, Roachdale, and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.
Services will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale, with Rev. Ernie Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Ladoga Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
