Youth Development Commission announces raffle results

The Putnam County Youth Development Commission received a great response from their recent Wii raffle at the Putnam County Fair. More than 400 "FREE" raffle tickets were presented to daily fairgoers. To qualify for a "free" ticket, participants needed to complete a short survey at the PIE Coalition booth or choose and answer a question that covered various subjects concerning school, work, health, and safety. Lora Wood (left), a member of the Putnam County Youth Development Commission Board, drew the winning ticket belonging to Cathy Arsnoe (center) and her daughter Rebecca.
