Habitat for Humanity plans dinner

Wednesday, August 29, 2007

The Putnam County Habitat for Humanity will be hosting their annual dinner and auction Sept. 29.

The silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m., with dinner and music starting at 6:30 p.m., followed by the live auction.

Tickets are $25, which includes dinner and admission to the auction.

In recent years, there have been nearly 100 items donated by local businesses, artist, and individuals.

To order tickets or donate items, or for more information, contact Harry Marlar at (317) 718-1072 or harrymarlar@pchhin.org

Refrain from obscenity in your comments, and to keep discussions civil, don't say anything in a way your grandmother would be ashamed to read.

This is a "must attend" annual event for me. Bring an appetite - dinner is always good. Also bring your Christmas list. This is a fantastic way to purchase hard-to-find items for special people. BONUS: Your contributions are tax deductible!!!
