Leona Stevens, 82, died Sunday at Rose Walk Nursing Home in Lafayette.

She was the daughter of George J. and Effie Wolf Wettschurack. She was a 1942 graduate of Montmorenci High School. She married Charles Stevens on Sept. 2, 1955, and he survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Jackie Wiese and husband Jerry, Lafayette; a son, Bruce and wife Jocilyn, Lafayette; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Knauer, Greencastle; and Georgia Thompson, Otterbein.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. today at Tippecanoe Memorial Gardens in Lafayette. Visitation was Wednesday.
