Ira Eugene McKee

Ira Eugene McKee, 67, North Salem, died Thursday in Hendricks Regional Health, Danville.

Born in Alpine, Ky., he was the son of the late Arthur McKee and Virginia Sexton McKee.

He was a member of Free and Accepted Masons and worked as a carpenter for CSX Railroad.

Surviving are his wife Stella McKee; son Steve McKee, North Salem; brothers Danny McKee, Reelsville, Wayne McKee, Kentucky, Arthur Ray McKee, Cloverdale, and sister Donna McKee, Cincin­nati, Ohio.

Services will be at the 1 p.m. Monday at Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, with John D. Gossett officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, North Salem.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
