Three people were booked into the Putnam County Jail recently.

* Jessie Hensley, 40, Bainbridge, was booked in at 3:22 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was arrested by Deputy Dwight Simmons. She was released on $500 bond at 12:49 p.m. Saturday.

* Colin Daniel Becker, 18, Batesville, was booked in at 1:12 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was arrested by DePauw Officer Rick Keller. He was released on $800 bond at 1:05 p.m. Sunday.

* William Bruce McGathey, 44, Putnamville, was booked in at 10:50 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication. He was arrested by Trooper Chris Harcourt. He was released on his own recognizance at 4:41 p.m. Sunday.

Greencastle firefighters handled one run during the weekend.

At 11:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters went to Round Barn Manor Apartments to assist with a faulty water heater. They returned to station at 12:19 a.m.
