Sheldons mark 50th year

Pat and Jim Sheldon

Jim and Pat Sheldon, Greencastle, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds.

Sheldon and the former Patricia Smith were married Dec. 15, 1957 in Remington, Ind.

He is a retired hog farmer and she is a homemaker and a past Wal-Mart associate.

They are the parents of Ernest Sheldon and wife Chris, Greencastle, and Ed Sheldon and wife Steph-anie, Roachdale. They have four grandchildren.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Gifts should be omitted.
