Infant Jozlynn Renee O'Neal, Clayton, died Friday.

Born in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Joshua and Shelly Bundy O'Neal.

Additional survivors include her sister, Flora Arlene O'Neal; grandparents Marsha and Terry Porter, Clayton, and Michael and Sandy O'Neal, Reelsville, great-grandparents Wallace and Bev Seaman, Nebraska; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville, with burial at Coatesville Cemetery.
