Minnie Pauline Boswell Morrison

Minnie Pauline Boswell Morrison, 91, Ladoga, died Tuesday evening at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville.

Born in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Artie Otho and Minnie Ethel (Gorham) Boswell.

She attended Carpen­ters­ville School and was a member of New Ross Christian Church and the Ladies Aid of New Ross.

She married Emons Donald Morrison on June 21, 1935 in Putnam County. They farmed for many decades in Ladoga. He died on Nov. 11, 1983.

Surviving are children Dorman Morrison and wife Cathy, Indianapolis, Joe Morrison and wife Sharon, Ladoga, Norma Keller and husband Leon, Ladoga, Carol Crosby and husband Whitson, Ladoga; brothers Robert Boswell, Indiana-polis, and Henry Boswell and wife Mollie, Nobles-ville; sisters Annabelle Jones and husband Robert, Moreno Valley, Calif., and Helen Pickle, Carpenters-ville; 12 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Gerald William Morrison, brother Clifford Boswell, sisters Mary Roe and Margarite Sarjent, and three grandsons.

Services will be at 2p.m. Saturday at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, Ladoga, with Rev. Rick Francis officiating.

Burial will be in Roachdale Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday.
