Greencastle Fire Dept.

Greencastle firefighters responded to three calls Thursday.

* At 1:27 a.m., crews were dispatched to 51 Market Street in Cloverdale to assist with a structure fire. Greencastle personnel covered the Cloverdale station until the situation was under control and returned to station at 4:02 a.m.

* At 6:11 a.m., crews responded to a structure fire at 6505 East 50 South in Fillmore, but were disregarded en route. They returned to station at 6:21 a.m.

* At 7:32 a.m., crews were dispatched to 881 Deerfield Estates to provide a medical assist in conjunction with Operation Life. They returned to fire station at 7:47 a.m.
