Rita C. Welch

Rita C. Welch, 49, Greencastle, died Wednesday afternoon at her residence.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Albert and Sylvia (Crowe) Padula.

Survivors include her daughter, Jamie White Boesch and husband Steve, Mooresville; a sister, Sharon Wallace and husband Chad; a brother, Eddie Funkhousen; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Albert Padula Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, is in charge of arrangements.
