Maxine "Macky" Sutherlin Hill, 86, Greencastle, died Tuesday at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.

Born in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Peter and Effie Taylor Sutherlin.

She was a member of Hanna Street Baptist Church, and was actively involved with her husband's ministry over the years.

Survivors include one daughter, Marcia L. McGuire and husband Ron, Greencastle; two sons, David A. Hill and wife Sandra C., Bloomington, and Mark A. Meagher and wife Jacki, Greencastle; one sister, Margurite Reed; one brother, Charles Sutherlin and wife Jean; three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers and sisters, and her husband, Norman C. Hill.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hanna Street Baptist Church, 501 East Hanna Street, with Rev. Patrick Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle.
