The Indiana Threat 10 and Under Travel Baseball Team recently competed in the Legends of Lincoln Tournament. The tournament took place at the Lincoln Park baseball facility in Columbus, Ind.

While competing with teams from Kentucky and Indiana, the Threat defeated the Louisville Samurai 21-9 in the championship game and was awarded the Tournament Champions plaque. This championship also qualifies them for the World Series, held later this summer in Battle Creek, Mich.

Six players from the Threat were selected to the Legends of Lincoln All-Tournament Team. They are Tristan Buck, Ryan Coble, Duke Duff, Brandon Gierke, Michael Roberts and Brayden White.

The Threat is comprised of all Putnam County players and is always on the lookout for quality 10 and under players. Anyone interested in a team try out should contact Head Coach Aaron Buck at 765-795-7477.
