Ronnie L. Bock, 62 of Albuquerque, N.M., died Thursday, July 17 after a long illness.

Born Jan. 2, 1946 in Greencastle, he was the son of Russell E. and Naomi K. (Carpenter) Bock.

Survivors include his wife, Maxcine (Mickey) Bock; his children, Barbara Pinney (and husband Bob) of Gulfport, Miss., Rodney Anderson (and wife Cindy) of Sacramento, Calif., Steve Anderson (and wife Veronica) of Alamogordo, N.M., his sisters, Bonnie Bryan (and husband Clark) of Greencastle, and Connie Phillips (and husband Doug) of Coatesville; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He attended Greencastle schools and retired from the military service having served a total of 20 years in both the Marine Corps and the Navy until 1985. Later, he moved to Albuquerque and worked 13 years at the U.S. Postal Service.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 69, VFW 401 -- Marine Corps League, Elks Lodge and Moose Lodge.

He will be buried with Military honors at Vista Verde in Rio Rancho on July 23.
