Myers to celebrate 70 years

Henry E. and Rhea (Bergen) Myers of Greencastle will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, July 30. They were married on July 30, 1938 at Valley Station, KY.

Henry retired from Cannon's Clothing Store, Greencastle, after working there for 42 years. Rhea is a homemaker and a wonderful mother and cook.

They are the parents of six children, Ronald (Reyna) Myers, Martha (Bob) Sechman, Duane Myers, Diane (Jack) Pingleton, Jon (Ruth) Myers and Dan Myers. They also have 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
